"The best part about the location is that there is a sense of 'being away from it all' but you are only 15 minutes from the heart of Greensboro."

"My family and I have lived in the Reedy Fork community for almost 4 years. We have a 3 year old and 2 dogs. This community is a perfect place to live! We enjoy taking walks on the trails, playing at the playground, utilizing the community center for different events, hanging out at the pool, and social gatherings with our neighbors. The neighborhood watch programs make the community a safe and inviting area to live in. Our Reedy Fork community is such a convenient place to live because of its proximity to downtown Greensboro and other area attractions. Reedy Fork is a friendly place to live with good hearted people! We absolutely love it here!"

"In late-2002, I decided to retire. I wanted a new home --- preferably a small home, with a garage and a small yard (low maintenance). Reedy Fork Ranch had everything I wanted at a reasonable price. Since then, my sister bought a home just up the street from me. My daughter bought a twin home with a 2-car garage (no maintenance), a cousin and a high school friend have bought homes here, too. This is a diverse community of all ages and there are a variety of neighborhoods with small to large homes in different price ranges to suit almost anyone. We have walking trails, playgrounds, swim and tennis, community centers, and our brand new Reedy Fork Elementary School. All of our streets have sidewalks and my neighbors can be seen daily, walking, jogging, dog walking, and baby strolling. We have socials at the clubhouse which are fun and a good way to get to know your neighbors. This truly is a happy, friendly community and has an old fashioned neighborhood feel! I love living here."

"My husband and I moved here in 2003 from Thomasville to be closer to his job. Over the years we have seen Reedy Fork Ranch being built from the ground up. I live in Boxelder Landing and it's not unusual to see many of our neighbors having a daily chat session in one of our cul-de-sacs.
Many of us meet once a month to have dinner at a local restaurant. We watch out for each other and help each other if needed. We are a close community that enjoys one another. Once a year we all gather for a block party, and we also enjoy other parties within our neighborhood such as St Patrick's Day, New Year's, and the Fourth of July. I can not see living anywhere other than right where I am."

"We have lived in Reedy Fork Ranch for several years and we love our house in Willow Creek. We sit out in our backyard to read, walk the sidewalks and trails for exercise and spend our summer by the pool mingling with the neighbors. Our neighborhood is quiet and we have excellent neighbors. We have no complaints and love participating in the homeowner's association and neighborhood events."

"My family and I moved from Virginia to North Carolina last year. We are truly thankful to be a part of the Reedy Fork Ranch Community. Having retired from a military career, I can truly say this has been the best move of our life. I can honestly say, "We know our neighbors." It is sad to say, but not since my childhood have I lived in a community where I knew my neighbors. Too often we are too busy to get to know who lives next door or across the street. That is not the case at Reedy Fork Ranch. Neighbors greet and chat with one another, as well as,look out for one another. I believe one of my most memorable moments here at the ranch is our "Neighborhood Block Party", which is hosted by our HOA. We had a great turn out and a wonderful time getting to know one another. I can hardly wait for the next one. I also write an article for Northeast High School in our community newsletter, which is a great way for our community to be involved and aware of things happening at our local high school."
