Resident Life
Homeowners Association
All members of the Reedy Fork Ranch Homeowner's Association have full access to our recreation center including the pool, tennis courts and playgrounds. Residents can reserve our clubhouse for birthday parties, showers and other private celebrations. There are also opportunities for our residents to be involved by joining some of the Community Clubs. And of course Reedy Fork is heads-above when it comes to our year-round special events.
Special Events
Community-wide special events and clubs are enjoyed by the residents at Reedy Fork throughout the year. There are pool parties, seasonal parties and even a fall festival just to name a few. Weekly emails go out to our residents to keep them informed about these exciting events. Our Roundup Newsletter is also published quarterly, or check out our Upcoming Events page. The HOA also has a page on facebook where neighbors can communicate with neighbors as well as get the latest news.
South Village Community Center
This incredible facility, the first of two planned at the ranch, will exceed your expectations, both in size and in detail. The Junior Olympic-size pool already has lanes set up for swim meets, and the very large poolside deck area has gazebos and picnic tables in all four corners. There's plenty of space for lounging, sunbathing or socializing. The beach entry kiddie pool has two water features to keep the little ones involved: the spray curtain and the fountain. Inside are the dressing rooms with tile showers and playfully painted walls.
Adjacent to the pool are the tennis courts, soccer practice field and the playground areas. The Tot Lot has our "Friendly Dragon" slide and a state-of-the-art rubberized play mat so the inevitable spills and falls are cushioned. Next to it there is a separate playground and recreation area for older children.
There is also a community meeting room which is available for reservation by our residents. With a small kitchenette, tables and chairs it's a great place for birthday parties, baby showers, club meetings and the like.
The entire complex is accessible through a tunnel under the Parkway so your children can walk or ride their bikes to the club without ever crossing the street.
All of this is for homeowners and their guests only, and when you add the 500-acre greenway and the paved walking trails, you immediately realize that there is more to living at the Ranch than anywhere else.
