The Property

Reedy Fork Ranch is a 1,700-acre Master Planned Community located within the Greensboro city limits just off Highway 29 North at the Reedy Fork Parkway/Summit Avenue exit. It adjoins Bryan Park and Golf Course, Lake Townsend and the city's major soccer complex.

The master plan was developed by LDR International of Columbia, Maryland, who also planned the very successful Lake Jeanette project in Greensboro. A unique feature of the plan is a 500-acre central and heavily treed greenway that follows Reedy Fork Creek.

All residents belong to the Homeowners Association, providing a swim and tennis center, clubhouse, paved trails connecting the neighborhoods and recreation areas, and an RV/boat storage area.

Reedy Fork Parkway features a landscaped median, sidewalk, trees and custom streetlights. Neighborhood streets have custom lights and a sidewalk. Sites for future construction include two sites for shopping facilities.

The Villages

Phase I - South Village

There are four neighborhoods and the first swim and tennis club in Phase I, all in South Village. With homes to accomodate both the growing family as well as those who want something smaller, this phase was a great beginning for our neighborhood.

Phase II - South Village

Nearing completion, the second phase of South Village is comprised of 3 neighborhoods and is the first at Reedy Fork to offer both one and two-story townhomes for those seeking a lower-maintenance lifestyle. We have one-level twin homes still available with prices from the $140's.

Phase IV - North Village

Our newest phase lies to the North of Reedy Fork Creek near the new Reedy Fork Elementary School. Comprised of three new neighborhoods, Phase IV offers single family homes ranging in price from $129K to the $200's.
