No Downpayment? Don't Sweat It!

With Shugart's Sweat Equity Program you can earn credit which makes up as much as 2.9% of the required 3.5% minimum down payment for FHA by providing labor for painting and/or landscaping on your new home. The credit is treated as if you paid cash (up to $4,000) toward your FHA down payment. All materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to do the job are provided at the home site.
